How does the free consultation work?
It's a 30-minute video call — no slides, no sales pitch. I ask about your business, your current website situation, your goals, and what's not working. By the end you'll have a clear picture of what a project would look like and what it would cost. There's no obligation to proceed.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes — I regularly work with businesses in Australia, the USA, UK, and other countries. All work is delivered remotely via video calls. I'm based in India (IST, UTC+5:30) and schedule calls to work with Australian and international time zones.
How long does a typical website project take?
A 5–8 page business website takes 3–5 weeks. An e-commerce store takes 6–10 weeks. Custom software projects are scoped individually. The biggest factor affecting timeline is how quickly you can provide your content, logo, and images — having these ready at kickoff cuts timelines significantly.
What is included in a website quote?
Every quote includes: custom design (not a template), responsive mobile layout, basic on-page SEO setup, a contact form, Google Analytics integration, and 30 days of post-launch support. Copywriting, photography, and hosting are quoted separately unless specified.
What cities and markets do you serve?
I work with businesses across India — Chandigarh, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune — and across Australia — Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and the Gold Coast. I also work with international clients globally.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Every project includes structured revision rounds — typically two full-design revisions plus a final polish phase. If you're not satisfied before the final payment milestone, we work through it. I don't consider a project complete until you're genuinely happy with the result.
